Hi! I am Haoyang, currently a master student majoring in computer science & research assistant at the University of Hong Kong (HKU) supervised by Prof. Ka-Ho Chow，and doing research at NJU-PR Group supervised by Prof. Yueming Lyu (NJU) and Dr. Yi Liu (CityU). Before that, I obtained my B.Eng degree at the School of Cyber Science and Engineering, Nanjing University of Science and Technology (NJUST) supervised by Prof. Zhichao Lian and Lect. Shuangquan Zhang. In addition, I had a wonderful time at Tencent exploring AI governance.

Research Interests

• LLM Safety: jailbreak, poisoning, backdoor, adversarial attack and defense, data privacy…
• LLM Application: pre-train, fine-tune, RAG… LLM for interview, LLM for coding…
• AI for Security: intrusion detection syetem (IDS)…

I am still actively exploring my interests, past experience spans in AI Governance, Cryptography, Computer Vision and Federated Learning, all of which I find deeply fascinating too.
